Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Google account: when you sign in we receive your email and name. Your email is only used to identify your account. It is never shown publicly and we never send marketing email.
- What you fill in: profile photo, display name, profile address and bio (these are public). The photo is cropped to a square and re-encoded, removing location data. We do not collect your birth year or age.
- Works: type, title, year, description, images, documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, txt, md, csv), YouTube and other related links. Your works are visible only to you; others can see a work only through a collection you share. Images are resized to 2K on the long side; documents are stored as uploaded. Video and music are not hosted here — they stay on YouTube.
- Likes: the author can see the display name of people who like their work.
- Saves: only you can see which works you saved; the author only sees how many people saved it.
- Follows: only you can see whom you follow; the creators you follow can see your display name.
- Collections: anyone with a collection's link (and its password, if one is set) can see the works you put in it. Collection passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, so we cannot see them either. Authors can see how many times their collection was viewed. If you view someone's collection while signed in, the author sees your display name; if you are not signed in, they only see "Visitor" and your device type (for example Phone · Safari). We do not store your IP address.
- Comments: what you write under a work is shown publicly on that work's page together with your display name.
2. How images and documents are handled
Uploaded images are re-encoded and resized to 2048 pixels on the long side, and EXIF data such as the location (GPS) where the photo was taken is removed.
Documents are stored exactly as uploaded. Information inside the file, such as the author name or revision history, is not removed — please check before uploading. Anyone who can see the work can download its documents.
3. AI review
Before they are published, the text, images, documents (their text and the first pages or embedded images) and YouTube thumbnails of works, as well as comments, profile photos, names and bios, are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to check that they are appropriate. Only the content itself is sent — never your email.
4. Third-party services
- Google: sign-in; the site's fonts are served by Google Fonts.
- YouTube: embedded videos use youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode); when you play a video, YouTube handles it under its own policies.
We don't use ads or tracking scripts. Cookies are only used to keep you signed in and to remember your language.
5. Deletion
You can delete a single work at any time (its images and documents are deleted immediately), or delete your account in "Settings" — your account and all of your works, images, documents, comments, likes, saves and follows are permanently deleted right away. Daily database backups are kept for at most 30 days and then disappear too.
